I had them once when we visited down south and they weren't bad but they left the skin on and that turned me off seeing green when I bit the breading off. Got some large ones down in my pond now that I'd cook if the SHTF. For now they are safe ?Nice - I love cooking up a big mess of wings in the smoker! So delicious. I want to try something different and I’m still trying to find a butcher here who has frog’s legs.
Yeah, yeah, I know, sounds weird to some of you but if you’ve ever been to a pub in Quebec, they are as popular as wings are anywhere else.
They taste great too!
