Nice - I love cooking up a big mess of wings in the smoker! So delicious. I want to try something different and I’m still trying to find a butcher here who has frog’s legs.

Yeah, yeah, I know, sounds weird to some of you but if you’ve ever been to a pub in Quebec, they are as popular as wings are anywhere else.

They taste great too!

I had them once when we visited down south and they weren't bad but they left the skin on and that turned me off seeing green when I bit the breading off. Got some large ones down in my pond now that I'd cook if the SHTF. For now they are safe ?

Smoked some ribs

Ribs, salt potatoes, and Cole slaw. The corn on the cob we got was so bad it went into the compost pile. Tasted like artificially sweetened rubber Can't wait for local corn.

There's a guest book at the place we're at and everyone suggested The Brakeman American Grill. They said they have the "best burgers" so being tired and not wanting to cook that's where we went. They were right, it did not disappoint and the burgers were great!

Had a Qdoba steak burrito for lunch and having "Cowboy Casserole" for supper. (baked beans, ground beef and sliced potatoes....simple, but sooo good).

No pics of dinner but we went out and had Fiesta Lime Chicken at Applebees. I didn't feel like driving anymore and it's right across the street from our hotel here in Billings, MT. But the best part is when we got back the hotel had just put out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies with M&M's in them! ?

Yes, I had already ate half of one before getting back to the room.
