Just about everyone by now knows what happened to MP1 so now it's time to start over and build MP2. I kept telling myself I'm not going to buy a lot of things for this one yet somehow I keep finding more stuff to buy. lol One main reason I wanted the Tremor package was for the suspension and larger tires. I already did these (twice ?‍♂) on MP1 and I just didn't have time to do it again before leaving in 2 weeks. So far I'm super happy with the package and it rides really nice!

I found MP2 at Corwin Ford in Spokane Valley, WA while it was still in transit. The salesman David Low was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed the whole way. It arrived at the dealer the day after MP1 was declared a total loss so it was fate.

We flew out to Spokane,WA on 5/16/23 to pick up MP2. My salesman picked us up at the airport and when we got to the dealership MP1 was all cleaned up and ready to go. There was no funny business and everything we talked about was done and nothing change as far as pricing. MSRP - $1.250 rebate plus a $200 doc fee.

I had the dealer do a spray in bed liner which they send out to Custom Trucks who uses Mil Spec liners. It’s just like Line-X where the sand and de-gloss the bed (they prep it the correct way) before spraying it on. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. I also had them pit on the Ford trim-fold hard cover which I believe is a rebranded Bak flip. We were leaving in 2 weeks for vacation and there’s no way I’d have tome to do this back here in AZ. They did a great job on both and the price was reasonable. $550 for the bed liner and the tonneau cover was $1,279 + a whopping $46.00 to instal it. It was worth every penny. ?

Friday morning I had to give MP2 a proper bath. So I foamed it, let soak for about 7-8 minutes then rinsed and foamed it again and washed it good with a microfiber mitt. After that I clayed the whole truck, dried it then 2 coats of Graphene Nano spray followed by 1 coat of Graphene detailer. Needless to say I was smoked and done for the day.

Washed and dried:

After detailing it:

It's hard to see the shine on white (or any light color) but you can tell from the reflection on the hood and door picture it shines up nicely. :sunglasses:

did that no account agent send you a T shirt for the damper mod ?
No.:frown:

Rules are rules and only 1 t shirt per damper purchase. Plus I had to cut back because of inflation. ?

Looks good Dave! It should be a winner down the road, and a future semi-precious truck, as the Tremor was dropped for 2024.
I have no data, but I believe that vehicles put into service soon after they're built fare better than lot queens that sit for months accumulating guano and dust. If I buy another vehicle (still writing my dissertation for my case to the chief Procurement Officer) I'll order it unless the exact vehicle is in transit.

Thanks Chris! I was so happy to have found one somewhat close. Most were either in the mid west or east coast so all in all it wasn't a bad drive. It was also nice to drive it on multiple roads breaking it in. Good luck with yours and getting it by the CPO. ?
