URGENT: Need help installing Morimoto headlights

(Urgent as I currently have her taken apart)
I currently have the grille removed, and the next step is to remove the front upper bumper. I'm at the stage where you remove the two bolts inside the wheel well. In all the guides I'm finding online, the fender liner is already removed. I'm having issues removing it as the grey trim piece covering its rivets seem to have rivets inside the fender itself. How do I remove the liner?

Update: actually just needed to get that trim piece off a bit to reach the screws, was still a mother though. I’m surprised by the lack of posts related to installing these things given the fact that mine didn’t come with any install instructions and there’s none for the ranger on their site.

How are you liking your lights I have a 2022 and it's a work vehicle and Ford screwed me on the lariat package for the LEDs so I picked up the same set you did and I am on warranty number two which means I have disassembled that front end twice already and it's looking like there will be a third time essentially the first few times had issues with drls not working or one would work and the other one wouldn't and then one turn signal would work but the other one was out and now both turn signals are out but the drls work and the light outer part is peeling. I literally hear no complaints about the xB elite series on any other vehicle I figured I could spend $1,400 on these and never have one issue but this Ranger is a pain in the butt.
