Fordpass Rewards Points Online Redemption Begins Next Week

Good news we can all redeem our FPP online now. There were only a couple of dealers across the country who would do this now starting January 30th you'll be able to redeem them here on Fords site.

Starting on January 30th, 2023, users can redeem their FordPass rewards points at the automaker’s official accessories site, as well as Lincoln’s accessories web site. Doing so is rather easy, too, as owners must simply log into the site to both earn and redeem their points toward the purchase of all sorts of goodies for their Blue Oval models.

Previously, owners had to visit their local dealership to redeem these points toward the purchase of accessories, but this move gives them a more convenient alternative that also figures to drive more accessory sales moving forward. Additionally, those that choose to have their preferred Ford or Lincoln dealer install those parts and accessories can also do so when checking out, though FordPass points will only cover the cost of accessories and installation – not shipping, taxes, or other fees.

There's a lot of dealers out there that still don't know how to apply the points so being able to do this online should save a lot of frustration. I was using mine over 10 years ago when I lived back in MA for oil changes. You'd think after all these years they'd have it down by now.

Jon, give Ford customer care a call (800-392-3673) and see if they can reactivate them. I've heard of others doing this so it's worth a shot. I'm surprised mine are still on my account as I haven't used them it over 2 years.

• Do FordPass Rewards Points expire?
• FordPass Rewards Point balances expire and are forfeited when a member has not earned or redeemed Points for two years. App usage does not qualify as activity needed to keep a member’s account from expiring.

I just tried it and after signing in there's nothing there either. Sad that Ford couldn't even launch this correctly! ?‍

Seeing as it was supposed to stat yesterday I'd give it a try in a few more days. If you've ever followed their B&P launches, Ford was never known for their great internet skills.

Yeah I just tried going to the accessories website and logged in and tried to buy a trailer hitch with my points but the only payment option available at the very end was still credit card. I just backed out of the payment but I would have picked it up right now if the points thing was working...
