I know the area well. Lived in KC for many years (now in South Carolina, boy do I miss KC) Nice Pics!The Caney river in SE Kansas. Looks a lot better with green IMHO. This old, stone railroad bridge built in the late 1800’s is nearby. Lots of cool spots in this area. If you decide to do the TransAmerica Trail, you might consider a detour into Kansas instead of the section going through the NE part of Oklahoma.
