I posted a video of the windshield replacement on my Ranger.
It starts with a dash cam clip of a passing truck throwing a boulder into my glass and initiated a spreading crack.
The one curious thing I learned is that, while I have the Lariat trim, I did NOT have a windshield with heating wires in it. Yet, the installer shows that the connector for it was there. It appears that if I had known that, I could have bought the windshield with the heating elements and the connector to hook into the truck wiring already there.
If anyone knows that for sure, please comment. Here's the link:
