I've bought jewelry in the past and it rarely gets worn. Clothes get returned. I end up with tools i already have and they get returned. We agreed years ago we'll just get each other things we need and buy what we want ourselves. She even buys herself stuff and wraps it. Much easier that way.
Besides yard equipment this years theme is boating equipment. Replacing a few things that need replacing like flares, and tie downs.
I like my women like I like my vehicles, low maintenance.?

It was snowing like crazy this morning in N.E. PA so I really had to go to Walmart, needed scotch tape to wrap presents! Any excuse to get Pepper out in the snow. Our Walmart is on a hilltop, nothing else up there, so the road zigzags like you're going up to Pikes Peak...no problem, of course going back down can be another story. Glad I went this morning, now it's above freezing and raining?
On another note I used the red 3M trim tape to re-attach the magnet for my wireless phone charger/holder to the dash. Seems ok so far, however it's cold outside.

No. And wouldn't really have a boat other than the one we have. Cheap to run and maintain, I don't pay dockage, trailers and launches easily, small enough to store in the garage during the summer, able to ski, fish and cruise, and easy to manage for my wife and I as we get older. We are quite happy with what we have.

I didn't do anything with it today, and I won't be doing anything with it Wednesday or Thursday! Wind chill is going to be -40° to-60° below zero. I think we will all stay inside and hope the furnace keeps on working and that the power stays on. Last week we had almost 4 full days of blizzard conditions with 36" of snow and drifts 4-5 ft deep in spots and other spots just bare ground showing.

I dream about driving my truck places like this!

As they say the path to hell is paved with good intentions.

One of my favorite youtube channels is Matt's Off-Road Recovery - and I wish I could remember the one but there is definitely a video where a customer calls in with his Jeep sideways like this and he tells Matt "well, it started in a better position than this but someone showed up that 'knew what they were doing...'"

Gotta love it.

I watch that channel.
