Dude, I'd be detailing every weekend!! Like a pair of work boots, keep them dry, take as much mud off for the day, kiwi to keep them from drying out, and maybe a good cleaning once a month. Because tomorrow.....there just stepping in the dirt again. A quick wash and vacuum and its like new again. I do keep it trash free.

Treated it to a tank of 93.
Yeah, I don’t get it either.

you know you can do a 75/25 mix of 87 and e85 which makes it like e30/101 octane

Had another extra chip key (not a valet) made today from a Ford blank because I lost the previous one. Met Chris (a key-maker) at a dealership (he contracts with different dealerships and goes to their sites on certain days to make keys for their customers) to have it made. $50. I insert the key into a flash drive case and attach it to a belt loop so I will always have a backup key on my person in case I lose the Fob key.

Not a bad idea !!

Added some power distribution for my switches I installed a while back. Controls my rock lights and bed lights right now. Preparing for some more additions here shortly. This wasn’t my original plan but I found that I could fit them here and the door is double layered so easy to screw to.

That looks so good! I would like to do similar with large, old school KC Daylighters like I had on my FJ40.

Thanks for the pics and how you reinforced it. =)

Had new Shoes put on the Ranger yesterday. Kenda Kleaver A/T's. Ordered from WallyWorld. Just under $730 for all 4. All the reviews I've read are very good for this tire. Manufactured overseas, but designed by Kenda people in Akron, OH
ive noticed a lot of rv and campers are running kenda now. lots of atv and sxs as well. lets us know how you like them and how well they hold up / compare.

About 1.5 years of ownership and I've hit 15k. So took it down Ford Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation and new wiper blades. it's running like a dream which makes me think twice about messing with suspension, tires etc. Not that I have the $ at the moment but I was planning to get around to it next year. Not so sure now, I'm thinking "why fix it when it ain't broken" etc.

Detailed and ceramic coated the new rims ! The shine is amazing better than what they were brand new a couple days ago . What do you guys think?

I'm glad your seats are made of actual cushion, and you don't bottom out every bump or pothole in the road.

Great job!

Which coating did you use?

I have gyeon rim coat (and others) waiting on my truck to get back from the shop...

Did you do wheel of or on?

Did you do your caliper while you were at it? Not that it would last, but why not if you did wheel off.

Sheesh is that your experience?
Oh yes. Should see how much the seat-back rotates and flexes when you pull the recline lever.
I can feel a metal bar right ta my tailbone, it's great.

Billsteins in the rear helped the ride a little... but the roads here are real suspension workouts.
