Because all the vehicles I've seen are dealer stock orders.

I know this isn't nearly as bad as last year, but it's not good.

I just got notice from Ford Canada that my Lariat Tremor build will start on Jan 31st (15 days for the build) plus shipping 4-6 weeks to Calgary by Rail. Got the VIN but not the window sticker. Order was confirmed by Ford on Nov 2nd.

When should I expect the window sticker?

~10 days prior to build date... There is a link that seems to get the sticker earlier than the tracker.... I can dig it up, or you can search up thread.

This is kinda sus ?. I haven't told my sales guy or anyone at the dealership I ordered my Ranger from that I am backing out yet, kinda slipped my mind TBH with everything else I have going on. I just went on their website for S&G's because I wanted to see if they got any Rangers in before mine, and low and behold....MINE IS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE!! Not marked up which is strange but the VIN is listed and it is my order but they have a generic pic shown. Maybe it's an automatic upload or something when it's "in transit" or something.

Some of those websites are populated by a third party contractor who just puts up every VIN the dealer is getting... It helps the dealers look like they have more inventory than they have....

Yea my manager said the same thing lol. Probably why it hasn't been marked up. I just txted my sales guy to let him know I have to back out. I'll check the website again in a few days to see if the price went up ?

They will be thrilled you are backing out. More margin for them. Did you put down a deposit?

I'm 34 miles south of the dealer at work... And the gf can't get out of work to take me. LOL

Also, my sales guy says he's not in today so he has to relay through his manager... :-/

I imagine he must be making something off this deal... Lol

Oddly no. I asked if they need one as my Credit Union was 2 blocks away and could go make a quick withdrawal and my sales guy said not necessary.

I had pics from the my dealer the day the tracker flipped to “shipped” and 6 days before if showed final prep
