I have been looking for a better solution for carrying water during day trips and for the upcoming camping season. No doubt the Rotopax kept popping up. I just cannot justify that price - with the “overland tax”. Then I stumbled upon the Dometic Go water/hydration system. That sure seems expensive for what it is. Ended up with the tried and true Scepter water container. 2x 20L, and 1x 10L.

Everytime I look at those I can't help but remember the smell of the water coming out of those after a week in the field...

Or out of the water buffalo at the toc... ?

Clay bars are sale - 4 bucks each... Good deal....
Good heads up! I got a couple packs of doorbuster spectrum rags & a couple bars of clay. Good companion for my black friday 64 oz. ceramic waterless wash from Adam's polishes!

Ohh nice where did you score that?

I got the email too. There's some good sales and I'm doing my best not to buy any more microfiber towels. lol
Just a friendly tip, you can never have to many microfiber towels....

The towels and clay I got from your site and the Adam's polish I got directly from them: https://adamspolishes.com/products/ceramic-waterless?variant=19941764956257

This is their polish for maintaining & cleaning a vehicle that already has a ceramic treatment applied to it. Which I have done :D https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/adams-uv-ceramic-paint-coating-diy-review.22150/

I'm not necessarily an "Adam's guy" (though I am an Adam...) but I chose their UV ceramic because I wanted to do it myself and liked the fact that you can see the application under UV light. I decided to maintain with their product since it's only a bit more expensive than the quick detailer I was already using.

So I actually got this for Kate but I'm gonna use the heck out of it. I think it's still on a Black Friday price (under $50) and it feels plenty sturdy, especially for someone of my statuesque physique. =p

This arrived - Mrs. DukeCanBuildit surprised me with a small package that she had delivered especially for me.

Please, for the love of God don't lean that against your truck.

Also, those bench things are super handy for doing roofs.

Nice find! I picked one up last year for $40. Sturdy, great for painting, workbench, seat... and folds up nicely for storage. So small I can't even find it now.
Yeah, I bet it's a perfect workbench and seat. Maybe too good of a seat come summer time!
