skip the deer whistles. use the money to install some really wide beam powerful lights so you can get a good view of the places deer like to hide waiting to jump out of in the dark. my amber wide flood lights have saved at least one white tail this year and a stack of cash from leaving my pocket for repairs.

back roads around me get deer now and then but lots of hogs. hate them piggys. most of them are dark colors so they are hard to spot on the shoulders. they cause deadly crashes too often. a few years ago a group of hogs attacked a woman and basically ate her alive in the front yard of her home. i think she was walking from the front door of the house to her car and they attacked as a pack.
