yes they freaking do!
My dealer here in PHX did the same to me...for the last time...and because it STILL wasn't right I took it to @Discount Tire and told them my issue. They re-balanced my tires for free (and found two tires still out of balance by 3/4 ounce each, and one where the weights had turned sideways and were loose on the wheel--causing most of the hippity hoppity issue I was having).
From now on, oil change only at the dealer and tires are done at Discount regardless of what they normally charge for a rotation and balance.

@ChrisM, thank you for posting how your local Discount Tire store took care of you on the balance.
We appreciate your support.

From ground to center of fenderwheel arch is
Front 39 1/2
Rear42 1/2

Since tire size, inflation etc can change the height as well, I usually measure center of hub to center of fender/wheel arch

Rear 26 3/4
Front 24 3/4

Front has an eibach 3” lift
Rear icon leafs option. 2
awesome thanks. for that I was trying to gauge whether or not to choose your configuration or out of box configuration. I got 1 inch lift shackles. I couldn't tell what my real measurements was because my oem leafs were sagging bad. I have 1 inch difference from drivers to passenger.

No worries, I get it. I wasn’t sure how much over stock the installed add a leafs were on mine, so I was nervous pulling up to the shop to see the results. Turned out perfect and the truck drives so much better than with the add a leaf. Can’t say it’s better than stock since it was lifted when I bought it, but I have to belive it is given the progressive springs vs one leaf with an overload.

Last time I had Discount rotate and balance my tires it was no charge. April. My Transit.

I had some blue 3m reflective tape that seemed to be close match to my Ford blue hooks. So I added it to my grill and side vents.
