Finished installing this.

Spent about 1.5 hrs Thursday mounting the dial and control boxes and 4.5 hrs today running the wires. Could be less time but I'll add more details in the brake controller thread. I've been thinking of getting the brake controller since I got the truck and recently looking at renting an RV for a weekend. Ended up renting a pop-up but now won't be limited to that. Now to find something heavy to tow and put it to use. :muscle:

When I installed mine I noticed a slight gain from 3/10 to half MPG gain so certainly worth the money in the long run.

Been taking my daughter shopping to get all the stuff she needs to get ready to move into a dorm for collage and she says she wants to check out this new shop in town.
An old school vinyl record shop. Talk about bring back the old days!
The owner is a retired navy vet. My daughter was quick to point out that he drives a Ford (full size, not a Ranger) and the plate says “SHUT UP”

Nope, no rinse at all. That’s why I’m a huge fan.

My approach for a quick wash is 1 ish gallons of wash solution in a single bucket with 2 or 3 thick microfiber towels.

Wash a panel or 2 with a soaked and folded towel. Dry that section with a waffle towel. Turn the wash towel to a clean side and repeat on the next section. Once each clean side of a towel has been used, move to a fresh towel. No reusing towels.

You could do the 2 bucket method with a rinse bucket and grit guards to use fewer towels if you like that approach too.

Does that help?
I love me some ONR. I've just been really lazy and haven't been doing my own detailing. I love all the OPT products.

Added another quick coat of Graphene Detail spray to Money Pit. I try and do this ever 4-5 weeks and it really helps keep it slick and shiny. It also has a small amount of Graphene in it so it add a little extra protection to the finish. We're having a very active monsoon season this summer so while it's only 93 outside the dew point is at 70% right now. ?

I brought it home from the body shop.
F%@# they did a bad job.
On the plus side. The paint is shiny, and now the lean is gone, because the driver front side panel is steel, and the passenger front side panelbis aluminum!! Haha

All the loose, and missing bolts and missing panel plastic thingies. And running paint.
Oh well. Fixed everything but the runny paint

Dammit, man!
How did they manage to lose all your bolts and nuts, and still put that back together???
