From what I can see, in your PCM 7E0-163-03 xxxx xxx4 xxxx is standard CC and ACC is most likely 7E0-163-03 xxxx xxx5 xxxx

In this sample of vins:

078 and 118 have ACC, The rest do not. 118 is a loaded (all options).

After successfully installing ACC I'm now planning to add front parking sensors as my truck doesn't have them. Does anyone have the wiring diagram for this?

What year is your Ranger? If you're comfortable with sending me the VIN, I can look the diagram up.
I only find Thailand and South African Ranger Raptors in the service documents.

Edit, I'm not allowed access to other country's wiring diagrams - weird.

Bracket with sensor and cover arrived - Question for @CHrisin was your sensor new or used?
Also received a connector sample.

I tracked down the connect mfg - HERE​

Going this route requires contact crimping and insertion into the connector​

If you don't want to do that found a cheap pig tailed version HERE​

Still need to buy the switch

@5G Dan-O Did you confirm the wires at C145?
Figured out the bumper harness connector is this one

If the wires are there just need to insert 3 terminals

Driving 45 min to work now - cant wait to install this!

I bought a sensor used with Focus because it was much cheaper and already had the software ready. The new sensor will require a software upload and Forscan will not do this, you have to do it with UCDS. FORD IDS & FORD FDRS won't let you upload the software either because it will recognize your vehicle's VIN and will tell you your vehicle is not CCM equipped - in my case, it was like I wanted to update the software unless you do it in a car that has a factory CCM module. or you are lucky and buy a new one with the software ready. The point is, that the same radar is used by many Ford models as well as Volvo and Landrover

Very similar to Forscan but you can do more with it - same as IDS. Currently, there is a sanction on the UCDS because it is Russian

Unfortunately, I have not. I grabbed the sensor and it's pigtail on Tuesday off an annihilated Ranger at the recycling yard. The truck was too far destroyed to look at that connector.
I jumped under mine and the connector/harness disappear under the LH headlight and cannot be seen without disassemble - time which I didn't have this week - fixing all the little things wrong with my kid's cars this week kept me busy.

No, only the limiter was working

Well back from a week of vaca and too damn hot today to poke round my truck.
Order the strg wheel switch - when it arrives I will start.

Did anyone find out of the main harness has the wires?

I never did dig around more. It appears that I have to remove the headlight to see the harness/connector.

Ouch
I swapped my headlights for Lariat LEDs. That's not a trivial task.
I may look at running my own harness as CHrisin did
