The Ranger is certainly the better looking "truck". I really mean the Ranger has more of a truck look, at least to me. Of course we're not biased here.

At the risk of being banned, while the Ranger is a better looking truck, there are cosmetic similarities. The Toyota must be copying the Ranger's looks. Of course those are the only things they have in common.
