Well, unfortunately I did not get any numbers on my Mega Millions ticket. On the plus side I did get moved from Processing to In Production and my window sticker today. Looks like the Blend date is June 5th. I'm happy. :clap:

Question for all of you... When you ordered, were you able to obtain a confirmation from Ford of the order? I have asked my dealership, and they keep sending the dealerships order confirmation. I have had my wife (I'm deployed and have really sketchy comms with the US) call the Ford number, and they have been unable to find anything as well. After a bit of pusing, I got the "Ford" order number (which is different from the MAS order number), but now Ford is telling me I need the 6 digit dealer code. I've lost all confidence in MAS (they have sent me seemingly contradictory info, failed to update information when they solicited an update, and have shown a lack of willingness to follow up on my requests) and am just lost...

For the record, I understand this all a waiting game, and not a lot of information flows until the VIN is assigned, but the interactions with MAS are causing a lot of reservations for me.

TL;DR - Does Ford send dealers order confirmation? If they do, shouldn't I be able to obtain a copy?

you should have received a copy of the order sheet. This has the sales code and order number on it. That is all you need to call ford. 1-800-334-4375. option 3.

If they cannot see it there, your dealer never entered the order. It took 27 days from order until I received VIN. now, I will not get any updates until the build week in July. Not sure what MAS is. Need to call the number above. If you are calling the assembly plant, you are contacting the wrong folks.

Below is order sheet. You need Preview Order highlighted and the Sales Code.
