I have the stock downpipe off a 2019. In good condition and can send pictures. Was taken off at around 12-15K miles.
Not even sure what the value would be, so if you need it, make me an offer and I'll quote ya shipping. Conversely, come on out to sunny Pensacola and I'll deliver it in...
Installed mine a couple weeks ago. I haven't done a lot of scientific testing yet, but I did do 0-60 runs. Long story short, the 91-93 performance tune spins the tires through the first 3-ish shifts. Managed to get a 5.6 second 0-60 in 4x4, but had to stop and go home for dinner.
As a side...
Not sure about the rest of you, but I had a severe heat problem when I installed my under the seat Subwoofer. Admittedly, the original Sub I put under it was huge and old (Alpine R10 originally installed in 2008) but it burned up after about 30 minutes. I like very strong base, so I made an...
I have the catted aFe paired to a FlowFX and I love it. It's ridiculously loud at full throttle, but barely noticeable at cruising speed. The only real downside for me is in the morning I feel like I'm waking the neighborhood.
I had the exhaust on first, and it felt a little more lively, but...
I don't know when it became common for sure, but I know that my '06, '08, and '13 Tacomas, '08 4Runner, '07 MDX, '12 Silverado all did this.
I think it's more or less a standard feature on all modern vehicles.
No. With the FX it was just nice. Check the vids for that and they are spot on. The Downpipe took it from "deep and nice" to "asshole thinks he has a racecar" sounding.
I got the FlowFX and was going to install it and an AFE downpipe together. Couldn't get the stock downpipe off, so I installed the exhaust and it sounds good.
Of course I took the truck to a shop with the tools and time to put the downpipe on and... Let's just say that I will not be sneaking...
I grew up 20 minutes from Glacier (Columbia Falls)... I'm stationed in Florida, but can't wait til next summer when I get to take my Ranger home to the mountains! There's some great 4x4 trails up there!
I hadn't thought about 3D printing a whole bumper extension... I'd worry about print quality with that though.
That price though!
Do you have a pic or measurement for how far they stick out? If it's not far, I'll go wider for more width!
Perhaps, but I am definitely widening the stance on my Ranger. It's narrower than I'd like. I plan on new wheels with at least a 0 offset sometime in November, and I'll need fender flares to cover them by then. I would like to buy the Ranger Raptor fenders (and bumper) but I think that will...
So, I absolutely hate fender flares that have a "bolt-on look." As such, I have to choose between Bushwhackers that leave that silly open area at the bumper (seriously, NOBODY saw that during the design phase?) Or go with Air Design, and have to deal with the fake bolts.
But I had an idea...
