All my messages were polite and just asking for info about my claim. That's it! I believe I gave him plenty of time to call me back. When someone doesn't call you back after several times how would you react about them.

I did give him the benefit of the doubt for 2 weeks. How long would you want for a call back.

It's only good business to return calls. That's why they won't get my business anymore.

Just installed the redtek window module. It works great! All windows express now.
