Just got off the phone with Ford. I believe the young lady's name was Sandra.
Very sweet and nice but could not answer that one burning question... when?
She had all my info and order.
She did assure me though through her call that Ford hired some very nice young folks.
Oh well.

I called today and had a compatibility issue holding up my scheduling. Called the dealer who checked the portal and that "automatic* Ford les headlight delete did not automatically happen. So I was on hold to confirm the deletion of the LEDs. Got it straightened out.

I was in the same boat. My sales rep had to redo my build sheet as it wasn't just automatic taking off the LED lights.

Should have it by the end of the week. Idid a road test today and really satisfied. Looks better in person.

Yes, they very nicely explain that they have no more information than what is on the tracking site, do not have managers, do not have any other telephone numbers to Ford, cannot elevate my request, cannot tell me who the carrier is... The list of what they cannot do is infinite.

All I have ever gotten from them is a new false promise date. They are not Customer Service. They do nothing.

The number I called was 1 800 334-4375 to try and get information on shipping and the order tracker removing the built check in the box. He sounded like a contractor that had no real information probably working from home with the background noise.
