New pic with lights installed. Loving this bumper. I bought a Warn winch and will install it soon.

Hi Evan,

I rarely comment on aftermarket mods like this, but I have to say this bumper looks really Great! and your lights are placed in a very pleasing spacing....Kudos!

Best,
Phil

I understand that it is not predrilled for the parking sensors or acc, however, it's my intension to drill the sensor holes and mount the acc module as pictured on the Ford website.
Can you comment on whether this is a workable idea and if not, why that would be. My 4x4 shop is apprehensive based on the published instructions, but I'm really interested in this bumper. Do you feel the mod would be undoable?

Thanks
For some reason ARB don't always drill the holes for sensors in their front and rear replacement bars. Heaps of people over here have just drilled the holes for the sensors and installed them, and they work fine. I suspect it is because to the diffent shape of the surface angles ARB don't want to be held accountable if the sensors don't work as they do in the factory bar.

Ordered the bumper back in January from my dealer. With this being a Ford part, you can just have it delivered to any Ford dealer for free. This was ideal for me because being in Alaska it would have been hundreds of dollars in freight costs. Anyway, got it on Monday and it's installed. The installation was a pain. The instruction sheet ( 2019RANGEROFF-ROADBUMPER_D9S.PDF (ford.com) ) isn't really meant for the end-user I don't think. It references parts (C, N, M??) that it doesn't identify and glosses over things. It comes with nice little metal covers for the crash bars but I ended up just taking the crash bars off. There's a plastic tray that it tell you to remove, cut(?), and reinstall in the instructions but I just left it on and trimmed it in place. Finally one of the last steps has you reinstalling a Ford skid plate which I don't have. I'm assuming that will fit fine. Well I have an ARB skid and it didn't fit. I had to trim off the front top of it, probably about 1.5". Hopefully you can get an idea of this in the pics. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask.

There were also these bizarre extra instructions. The labels that were on the bumper were identical to the extras. Weird "engrish"

Although ARB are an Australian company with a big factory in Victoria, they also have factories in Thailand, US, etc, I'd say by the look of the instructions, that part came out of Thailand!

ARB also make a very nice bar for the Raptor available here.

I can confirm that this is correct.

Got my Warn EVO 10 installed. What a PITA... The ARB website says that it's compatible and fits but I couldn't just pop it on. First of all, the winch has to mounted sideways so the mounting bolts go through the fairlead. You're going to have to buy longer bolts due to the design of the bumper. I think the longest they included was like 55mm but you're going to need 100mm for the bottom. Next- there is no way in hell I could fit the winch back there with the control pack on. I needed like another 15mm or the intercooler is in the way. I moved the control pack to where you see in the photo. There are 4 holes there that line up the holes on the control pack. This meant that I needed longer cables to reach the winch. I had a local shop just fabricate some 2 gauge wires. I moved my license plate up so the top of it is cut off. I don't want to deal with a folding bracket. I found out that the cables were too short when I had everything installed. So I had to uninstall everything and reinstall to get to those wires lol.

And to that I say...

I'd like one because of all the deer around here but I don't think the extra length would fit in my garage, it barely fits now. Looks great though.

Do you have any pictures of the bracket for your ACC mount?
The bumper is coming off on July 13th for a winch install at OK4WD. I'll get some pics of the bracket.
