my truck is being shipped by prairie schooner pulled by oxen. Taking 7 weeks to go from Wayne Michigan to SLC Utah. Can't get a rail car number or anything. Dealer is not being helpful at all. Very frustrating regret even buying the truck.

My '20 Lariat took 9 weeks to arrive at my dealership, 7 from Michigan Assembly to LA, LA to Honolulu via Pasha Lines RORO another 2 weeks. The final leg of it's voyage would have been just 1 week, but it sat @ LA harbor because of the Dec. '19 holiday season.

This was before Covid19 changed our lifestyles...

Today makes it 8 months since I ordered my truck. Scab FX4 tow tech blk appearance, 302A. Has been showing on the ford tracker as in production since 4/6 . Nothing since and trust me I’m starting to get a little pissed about it. Seeing others who ordered months after me get their trucks.

Your patience is admirable, I'd be hopping mad after 6 months...

I thought scheduled dates were only sent out on Thursday. Maybe his dealer finally told him today from last weeks scheduling.

I had read on another forum that retail orders could be scheduled any day, but who knows. I will be excited to hear regardless of which day it is. But I don't want to be hopeful and then dissappointed EVERY day.

While voting today I ran into one of my son’s friends , his wife works at Ohio assembly in Avon, Oh. The word from his wife is they have Super Duty’s sitting on the lot waiting for chips. I guess the crap is hitting all of Ford’s lines.

My salesman told me when I ordered he gets the updates every Tuesday and he’d update me on a status change and or I want to bug him I can ask.

Maybe it’s something to do with Canadian orders.

Must have fallen off the assembly line and they can't find it. I feel your frustration and mine has only been 6 months. According to Ford it has been shipped but they couldn't tell me where it is. At least it isn't in production like yours for a month. Have you called Ford support? They may be able to tell you what is wrong. Doesn't seem like anything special to hold up your truck.

Ford completely missed the new delivery window they set for themselves. The truck has not shipped anywhere as of 3 May so it has been sitting in a lot for a month after build was complete.

Day 38 for me since built. Mine might be parked next to yours in the parking lot. Mine was built March 26th. And released from the plant and was clean.

My very first new car was a '79 Mercury Capri (Fox platform) which took 6 months to arrive at the Lincoln-Mercury dealership I was wrenching at back then.

Final assembly was at Ford's San Jose plant, but the car got railed to Mexico instead of Los Angeles.

Someone had a fiesta in it, it was littered with fried chicken bones and bottles of Tequila.

Also, the left front ball joint let out a terrible squawk when driving but I was lucky enough to pull the lower control arm off a dead Zephyr sedan and mount it onto my Capri.

I was 21 then, and very, very anxious to show off my new ride...

I know the spray bed liner was a major constraint. It is able to be removed from the black appearance package now. The supercab also seems slow to build so that's two strikes against you it seems unfortunately. Hopefully you'll hear something soon this year is moving along in a hurry.

I ordered my SuperCrew Lariat c Ranger in cyber orange on December 28th 2021 here in Allentown Pennsylvania. I selected the 4x4, the towing option, The 510A package, and the black package. I added in the to no cover hard folding, keyless entry pad, floor liners, and mud flaps. I haven't heard from them nor from Ford but I did get on a chat session on the Ford website in mid March and they had no information about when it would be built. They did tell me that it's in the system and I will get a message once it is scheduled to be built. No idea when they'll be ready.

He should be getting an email when the status changes at all. I would ask him to add your email address to the order as well. What will happen if he doesn't work there in a couple months when your truck is delivered and you cannot track it yourself? I am not usually pessimistic about these things, but I would want the information myself rather than showing up at a dealer and having a sales manager say something like "That was for you, sorry, we sold it to someone else accidentally (for a few thousand dollars more), but we can put in a new order for you. Not to mention the angst everyone has waiting on an order or confirmation that their order is at least scheduled for production. If he was notified last Thursday or Friday does he have too much going on with all the sales off the lot to give you a call with the good news? I mean, everyone seems to want to know te status of their order. How else are you gonna know to start filling up the garage with mods for when your truck gets delivered?

Interesting, good to see a Tremor Lariat make some progress towards New England. No shipped email for mine yet, and I’m expecting another delayed email tonight at exactly 8pm since that is the pattern I’ve been stuck in, but maybe this gives me a slight bit of hope that today will be different.

Weird, I thought for sure you'd be getting an email. I think you still have time seeing there's still zero shipping info on mine. I think it's just the very first step of getting shipped.

I’m not sure what your gripe is with my situation.
Salesman told me when I ordered a few months ago he gets the updates every Tuesday and he’ll notify me soon has he hears anything or I can call him every Tuesday.
Got my order confirmation from him day after i ordered. He emailed me yesturday with my vin and build number so I can track it myself. I have the signed paperwork from the sales manager and myself. I’ll know if my salesman leaves before my truck arrives.. like I said, I have the sales managers signature and mine on our sales agreement.
Maybe on your side of the border you guys get a heads up on Thursday’s. Tuesdays here and my salesman has been great.
