I called them today and although the nice gentleman on the phone couldn't do much he was a good listener. He said he told his boss he wishes he had a big red button that said "ship" on it with all the calls he has been taking about it. He did put "Customer would like their truck shipped" in the notes on my account. That certainly will not help, but oh well... It was a nice gesture.I feel your pain. This is crazy. I called Ford Customer care and still can’t get a answer. They told me to check with dealership or call them back next week.
