Same here ..
My '21 also has a bit of wind noise at 40+ mph... I've kind of gotten used to it now and it doesn't leak water inside the vehicle or anything... I just figured it's the result of cheaper metal/less sound dampening products in the doors? I do not have any whistling though and if I did, that would drive me insane!

My 19 Lariat just started to whistle on the drivers side. It was fine for 18k miles and then decided to start chirping. Very strange...

After 10K and 2.5 years mine started that too. Went to Dealer and they installed new Window strip and problem solved!! Thanks to this forum found out it was not rare. :)

They replace the felt window strip in the window channel?

Whelp I think mine just started doing it as well, I don't know if it was related or not but I did get a new window from the dealer a few months ago after they scratched up my original.

I might have to go find another dealer at this point , my local one told me 2 weeks until they could look at my window seals last time.:lipssealed:

Noticed coming home today that a slight whistling noise has started. Bummer. The cab is so quiet overall. I truly believe the sound is coming from the weather stripping seal closest to the driver's side mirror. It is not ripped, but a little "loose" compared to the passenger side.

My Ranger is only 3900 miles old and this should be a warranty issue but on one hand I would prefer to avoid the 99.99% probability of wasting my time going back to the dealer for them to only say "cannot replicate issue."

Anyone else have this issue and have you fixed it without going back to the dealer? Honestly I do not mind paying to have better weather stripping installed.

I tried a different dealer a little bit further from me and they went ahead and agreed to change all the window seals right away without testing.

It definitely got rid of some noise , previously it sounded like my rear windows were cracked open and I was getting alot of wind noise around the mirror the driver door where like others I could push the rubber down to stop the noise.

Unfortunately I still get a good amount of what seems to be sideways wind noise, kinda like a buffeting noise. It gets pretty loud over 55-60 on open highways.

I'll try to get a video of it later but not sure if I should ask the dealer to actually keep it and look at it again or give up.

Unfortunately it's hard to really remember what it sounded like new.

I finally got around to recording some video this is on the highway at around 70-75 mph after changing all window seals. It doesn't come across the video 100 percent but I get a wind gust noise around the rear of the cabin.

Also about 3 months now after getting all my window seals changed I think the wind noise is starting to come back at the driver side's leading corner near the mirror, at least I feel like some noise goes away when I push it in agian.

So yet ANOTHER thing I might encounter with my LARIAT / TREMOR that curtly only has 2300mi on it.
Oh boy, can’t wait.
