I didn’t have much in documentation either. Just the receipt from Discount and told the dealer that the bad one originally had 64lbs of road force and they could only get it down to 16lbs. Ford still replaced the tire.
Now that's interesting. Discount told me the numbers, but said there's nothing they can do about it other than a standard balance.
Dismounted the tire and repositioned it on the wheel. All kinds of weights dispersed around the wheel. Maybe it’s dependent upon which location and how good of a tech they have on their Road Force balancer? My store made a major effort to try to get it right. They even offered to contact General if Ford didn’t step up.
Thanks. My Discount Tire store said "it's basically a flaw in your tire that we can't fix". Pretty helpful.

Ford dealer wanted to see the documentation from Discount Tire. I told them they didn't give me any, and they said there's nothing they can do then. My dealer sucks.
Did you pay Discount tire to RoadForce balance the tires? If so make them give you a copy of the receipt with findings to give to your dealer.
