Support group for those waiting for their Ranger MY22

I'm 3 weeks from being released for shipping today and still stuck on built. Official status on the internal system is Delay - rail carrier. The lease on my 2019 ends April 13th. I requested a 2 month extension and they approved. I have 10 days to sign so I have been holding off, but am sure I will have to extend. I thought about requesting one month, but I am not confident at all it'll be here by May 13th. Heck I am not sure if I will ever see it at this point. Probably blocked in by thousands of Broncos and Rangers produced since then that are shipping. I know that's pretty Debbie downer, but how I am feeling at this point.

I totally understand being a Debbie Downer, I'm pretty much there myself. At this point, if my Ranger isn't actually moving along in the shipping process, I really don't expect to see it for a few months. My original hope was that I would have taken delivery of it by now but the first small town dealer I ordered from wasted a couple months of my time because they had no allocations that they failed to tell me about. So now I'm paying the price for that.

At this point, if my Ranger isn't actually moving along in the shipping process, I really don't expect to see it for a few months. Yeah. I guess I will just sign a lease extension until June 13 and if it's not here by then maybe I'll just buy my current one and say the hell with it. If they can't get a built and released vehicle to me in 3 months I will just say screw it.

I don't NEED mine, it's more of a WANT kind of purchase. I have plenty of vehicles to drive for the time being. The Ranger was supposed to be an alternative for the Bronco I had reserved and ordered that was taking forever. I expected the Ranger order to be a little more seamless. Oh well, I'll just wait it out.

OK ladies and gentlemen, I've given up on my Bronco order. The wait time, and Fords shenanigans has taken the bloom right off the Bronco rose for me. The CEO of my humble empire and I had a talk about this aggravating situation, and have decided to implement plan B. I will be ordering a '22 Crew Cab Lariat when we return home on the 10th of April. We both agreed that the Crew Cab Ranger is more suited for us than the Bronco, and fit ours needs better. So, we will be replacing our Super Cab STX with the Lariat. So, if you will count me in. I'll will look at it as a privilege to wait with you good folks.

Plus as an added inducement, if I sell the Ranger, and trade the Jeep for the Lariat she said I can get me another S197 Mustang GT to play with. What a woman..............

Hi everyone.
New member to the forum.
Don't have a Ranger at this time.
Tried ordering last Friday but was told "Ford isn't accepting 2022 orders for Tremor trim".
I find that rather suspect.
Need to do research into this matter.
Although at this date I'm probably better off waiting to get new current style 2023.
Don't have interest for the G6 and don't intend to wait for it to arrive.

The information that is provided by the members on this forum is extremely helpful.

You may want to get this done sooner than later. A new member tried to order a Tremor and was told "FORD" was not accepting anymore 22 orders??? This has not been confirmed as a whole, but sounds likely.
