Yep that was him. They won every race series and driven every race car in every country. Single-handedly created every significant car or truck in the last 10 years. Super model wife that rubbed cocoa butter on his corns every night before bed.

@Tracy Bowman As fast as your thread went off the rails, it doesn't appears many are missing. :)

The one I miss, and I understand why he's not on the forum regularly is @Cape Cruiser. Miss you Brett.
Thanks Jim you are so kind ! I have been lurking here almost every day but dont post much as my close up vision stinks right now. I have been dealing with eye issues since last March in my good eye as the lens has hardened and doesnt focus well in the am or evening causing blurred vision for reading. Because I am legally blind in my right eye (20/400)they are hesitant to touch my good eye unless its a last resort . Fast forward to December of 2021 someting strange happened to my right eye vision as I could see better in half of my eye and darness in the other half. Had emergency eye appiontment that day and doc said that lens had dislocated in my right eye and there was retina detachment. Plans were made for me to go to Philly for same day operation but all plans didnt fall into place due to Christmas holiday coming up and covid rates where high at the time. I ended up getting surgery 3 weeks later in Maryland after the retina issue became permanent vision loss. Lens ended up falling to the bottom of my eye. I have had 9 eye surgeries over the years including an eye tatoo and this one even though I was knocked out it was my worse one ever. Surgery should have been less than 1 hour but took over 2.5 hours. They had to open up eye and cut out all of the vitrious gel and repair retina and use ultra sound to get rid of scar tissue, then new lens had to be sewn into place to keep it there. I had 3 follow up doctor apts in the first week and the eye seemed to get worse. After 19 days of taking an eye drop with 2 antibiotics and a steriod (8 drops per day )they determined I was allergic to the eye drops and that was causing redness, irratation ,constant tearing. Well it took 6 weeks for the stitches to dissolve on the outside and then I started to improve. Doctor says I sould get my vision back in a couple of months as the outside stitches pulled the cornea so tight it distorts the vision .Doing much better today with less tearing and sun sensitivity but still hard to see keyboard due to not much contrast difference on the keys and the angle the keys are on . Screen is easy to see cause I can enlarge it . Thanks to all for the PM's. Get out there and enjoy your Rangers !!!

Bret I know we've been talking all along but I'm really glad to see you posting even if it's only once in a while. Hopefully you're on the road to recovery this time and in a few months be back to normal again. ?Well are any of us on here really normal??

We'll keep you in our prayers Brett. Modern medicine is amazing, and seems to be getting better as we go. I wish you much luck my friend.
