I originally bought my truck while in Maryland. From there I went back to my home State of California. In December I accepted a job in Savannah, GA. This time I towed a 6'x12' Uhaul filled to the brim.
The trip from Ventura, CA to Savannah, GA was a five day trip covering 2,713 miles. Along the way I drove through the Mountains, flatland, freeways, causeways, bypasses, rain, and high winds. I ended up averaging somewhere in the 14 mpg range. Even with the 3,000lb trailer in tow, the Ranger was a pleasure to drive.
In 9 months of ownership, the Ranger has been to 21 States and D.C. 23,652 miles later, I could not be any happier choosing the Ranger over other midsize trucks.
