Last April my wife predicted this crap and told me I should buy a new truck right away… so May 1st we bought my truck, no ADM plus rebates. A month later everything seemed to have turned to crap when trying to buy a truck off the lot around here..
We ordered her a Maverick in September and still don’t have a build date.. Originally told December delivery… but here we are but that’s ok.

A dealership here in Denver had a cactus grey lariat hit their lot 4 days ago so I went down today to look at it. I've been interested in the cactus grey but wanted to see it in person. Almost pulled the trigger but really wanted the black out appearance. So, ended up ordering mine today. Lariat, cactus grey, blackout, 501A tech. I'm a very impulsive and impatient person so can't get here soon enough.....

It’s get easier until the truck is built, after it’s built and is enroute the clock slows to a crawl, the minutes turn to hours, hours into days. you try to find a way to track it, you google earth where it gets unloaded and how far it is to the dealership from. Meanwhile the parts are piling up, you‘re wife starts getting credit card statements, people you know are asking where your truck is. Work gets in the way of being able to track it. should you use a sick day to get it? Who knows! but I digress…

Looks like Ford added a $750 incentive if you finance it through them. Not sure when it ends. Beats the $500 they offered last year.
