Several months ago I put chrome bulbs in my turn signals to get rid of fried egg look. Apparently I did not seat the one on the passenger side fully and it came out of the socket an fell into the light. Could no fish it out. Put in a regular bulb and plan to remove the headlight assembly in the summer when it is warm in northeast Ohio and shake it out. ?

How in the world did you get it through the hole? It shouldn't be able to fit with the locking tab...

Oh this must be a peanut bulb that seats into the socket then...you could take out the headlamp and shake it out...

Did you try a bent wire with doublestick foam tape.
Thats a favourite nonmagnetic at fishing things out of places.
No I did not. It is going to be warmer tomorrow and I may try this.

Thanks for the suggestion.

not just for lost bulbs....can be used for a million things around the house/farm/garage/bedroom
I have one of these, never really used it successfully. Where's the OP live? I'm in Lorain/Amherst area an I'm going to Mentor weds I could drop it off.

Is the base magnetic? if so try a magnet retriever tool.
