turn signal led's in the side view mirror

So I am curious, I have a 2022 Ranger XLT Splash, and it doesn't have the turn signal indicators in the side view mirrors. I really like how the Lariat has that. Does anyone know if its possible to add that to the mirrors? Does the mirror portion where the light goes come apart? Maybe there is a dummy plate there I could remove and install the light? If anyone has done this already any info would be greatly appreciated.

Scott, the solution is to swap in a set of Lariat mirrors - I think the connections are already there - a quick search will reveal a thread or two on how that is done.

The XL and XLTs do NOT have the wiring in place for the turn signals, puddle lights or the heated mirrors unless the XLT came with the heated mirrors. Which I believe some later years did. So, you would need to change the door harness or add additional wiring take them work. Not a simple change.
