Looking forward to more pictures and first impressions!
Just added a few more pics to post.
As it sits now .. I’ve put about 3,099 miles on it. Love it. Little bouncy for my taste .. but have heard this (also my tires are highly upgraded from standard which doesn’t help on daily driving lol).
Other than that .. the biggest thing is people want to constantly stare and talk about it … everywhere. It’s nice for the attention, but gym to gas station to driving on freeway … people slow down just to wave or say nice truck.

Mr. Idaho … I am seeing it that way now, as well. Odd, it’s not bad .. but made me think why not appreciate something that’s unique more than a standard truck.
Oh well I guess … I’ll browse around and see what I can add or deplete on my truck ?
Hey Mack, I wouldn't take it personally I think most like your truck its just some feel Roush is over priced for what you get. A lot on here like to do their own mods where others like yourself like something already done and then maybe add a few things of their own. I'm sure if the Tremor package was a few thousand more that too would be criticized. I wouldn't delete a thing, it's yours and you're not here to please anyone else but I'm sure you'll find more stuff to add to it. :curse:

BTW I know how it is, I've been criticized by the best of them on here for the damper. But there's been many new converts and a few more soon with the damper giveaway. ?

I cant believe the nay sayers. Most Mods that people on this site do are for looks only. Even the "tunes" are for bragging only, as most never use the extra HP or torque.

Welcome and cool truck!

I didn't know Roush had a Ranger edition, that's pretty cool
It is pretty cool, tuned or not, CAI or not. Those two items might be left out for more reasons than settling on a price point. The package includes a warranty and the tune might be an issue. (I think I blew a rod)

All the same, if folks checked out the Roush site, they’d see just what comes with the package and what doesn’t. There are even some pics of the upgrades. A bit of off-road/handling performance, performance exhaust, some comfort items, an appearance package, a few interior upgrades, some tchotchkes, and a whole bunch of bragging rights.

So, price out all the replacement and specialty items, now factor in having to R&R all those items, prep for graphics installation, do a wheel alignment, and finish with a complete detail on the truck. It’s a crap-ton of work.

2021 Roush Ranger - Standard Package
  • ROUSH Grille with Dual LED Light Bars
  • Custom Fender Vent Badges
  • Dual Tip Performance Cat Back Exhaust System
  • 2.0 Off-Road Performance Suspension System
  • Satin Black 18” ROUSH Wheels
  • 32-Inch General Tire Grabber ATX Tires
  • Premium Interior Leather
  • Magnetic Gray Fender Flares with Integrated Accent Lighting
  • Custom Red Tow Hooks
  • ROUSH Floor Liners by WeatherTech
  • Serialized Interior Badge
  • ROUSH Key Fobs
  • Certificate of Authenticity
  • Standard Graphics Package
I’m pretty sure a lot of us on here have spent as much on mods - I’m afraid to add mine up but I’m sure I’m up there and, because I did the work, it doesn’t include labour. ☹

Just sayin’

you missed a few other “Knick knacks” … but thanks for the kind words for my purchase ?
Hey Mack, I apologize for offending you, it was not my intent. I was merely responding to the question of, “What does a Roush Ranger do that a regular Ranger doesn’t?” I was not criticizing you personally, and I’m sorry if that’s how I came across. Yes, welcome, and yes, it is a nice looking truck. As @AzScorpion has already succinctly mentioned, most of us like the looks of your truck, but IMO, it is grossly overpriced. I am not a fan of Jack Roush, the man, or his company, and the fact that he’s selling people a $13,000 “Roush Performance” package, when it is merely an appearance package, is just wrong. But hey, that’s just my opinion. Your truck is admittedly a nice looking truck, and it is unique, and I wish you the very best with it. Safe travels.

I love Roush stuff. It’s always nice and well put together. I think you did good! It’s great news for Ford and the Ranger that they are making these versions. Hennessey has one too that is very similar. I’d love to own either version. I’m looking forward to a YouTube video of you jumping it! ?

Let's put this whole thread in perspective...

Spendy or not, I bet that Roush Ranger is still a better bang for the buck compared to the used-bone-stock 2020 Tacoma TRD off-road selling for $60k at my local dealership.

Remember who the real enemy is.

Thank you so much … I get it I was just semi kidding and was curious on a few things. I love this truck. I support Ford and would buy it again in a heartbeat. It’s unique and gets compliments all the time. I do like to mod it by myself too .. but kinda nice to be different like every other Ranger is trying to do ?

I do have a question …

so I have the Roush with the Fox2.0 package but it seems almost like the truck floats or hits every single bump very hard, does anyone else have that issue too? Rides a little rough, in my opinion…??

Sometime things get a little sideways, but most of the people on here are very helpful to answer questions, or spend your money. Keep an eye on anyone recommending a tailgate damper, they're a shifty bunch.
