Here's the OP. I love his response and how these fanboys are just pacifying stuff like this. Not a big thing? Yes it's cosmetic and covered up when the roof panel is on but still not acceptable. Here I would be driving with my front panels off 3/4 of the year and wouldn't want that staring me in the face every time I got inside.

The one on the Bronco is baffling. You'd assume someone tested the roof panels (for fit) and would see that especially being eye level.
