The Off Rodeo is going on in 3-4 different areas of the country all at different dates. If you have a Bronco order you can go there and drive them through the trails and different courses they have. They're having one up in Moab and I was thinking of going but the dates don't work out for us. The ones who have gone absolutely love the new Bronco. It would be cool if Ford did something like this for the next Gen Ranger, especially if there's a Raptor version.

I must admit I like the 2 door with the seats that go flat.

I wouldn't mind going just to hang out and watch. I'd be the guy at the top of the hill taking videos. :)

Making us looks bad?

By some marketing crap on some dirt roads?

Looks rather lame to me.

I've had my Ranger on much worse terrain than that, just not gonna waste time stopping to take pics.
Yep, TFL went on the Texas one and laughed about how unchallenging it was. Reminds me of the fake courses Jeep sets up at auto shows.

At least they can get a manual transmission.
Huh? That's what the paddles are for!

Ok, I admit that the automatic doesn't work for clutch rocking the car and D/R rocking isn't as effective as with manual. But with the paddles you can delay that awkward gearshift on bad spot situation.

Jelly but still like my Ranger ?
There's really nothing to compare between the two as they're totally different vehicles. True they're both good for going off road but the Bronco's main feature is it's off road capability. No other vehicle ( besides the Raptor) comes stock from the factory with 35's and Bilstein shocks and an auto sway bar disconnect. This was build to be an off road king!

The Ranger while still good off road is more of a work, weekend warrior truck and good off road truck. You have to do a lot of modding to make it great off road truck where the Bronco you can but this right out of the box. The Tremor is a step up but still only gives you 32's. Once they come out with the Ranger Raptor this will be an off road beast! ?

TFL did a piece on it. The trails are tame. Wake me up when somebody gets stuck.
The off rodeo was only to give those who have orders a chance to drive a Bronco. Of course the trails are tame it's a huge liability issue. They cant have everyone jumping in these and doing something that could possibly be to advanced for them.

I think it's great what Ford did here at least it give people a chance to take it off road and get a feel for it. Check out the suspension and see how it handles over some bumps. Better than just going to the dealer and taking for a test drive down some city street no?
