This looks exactly like what I am wanting to do. I like the minimal look of the bars. I want something I could mount an RTT to and then connect to a pulley system and hoist it off when at home. Where did you find your bars?

I set mine up after "The Last Line of Defense" Youtuber...he's since got Front Runner to package a kit so you don't have to order all the pieces individually like I did...go to Front Runner...

I'm running an XtrusionOverland bed rack with a Syneticusa tonneau sourced from Amazon (for only $750ish!) on my 5' bed. I also have a homemade bed organizer system under the cover. I absolutely LOVE my setup as configured!

What Height did you go with here? I see they offer from 10" up to 21".

I like this Rack a lot. I think it would work with my Truxedo prox15 cover.

Is this the 5" or 8" height here? I like this option as well. I just need it for mounting my RTT (rooftop tent). I think the 8" would be best setup for what i'd like and pair it with the BillieBars, Molle Panel.

I have the 8" bars. I rolled my tonneau cover up and measured. The 8'' height have a clearance of 6.5''. My tonneau is ~6" at it's biggest when rolled. I would recommend checking yours to make sure it will work. I love my setup though.

I went with the 15" height on the Xtrusion Overland rack to get the height. It does make the tent sick up a little over the top of the cab, but not too much. And it still gives room for attaching stuff on the side of the rack.

Also, i should be good on clearance. I have the ProX15 which sits a lot more flush and low profile than the one in your photo. I would guess that when rolled up it sits at about 5" maybe 6". If i rolled it tight enough i bet i could get 4.5"

Finally got my tonneau and Billie Bars system buttoned up today. Tonneau can roll up completely under the bars.
