Has anyone done a real life comparison yet?
We just ordered my wife a Maverick Lariat hybrid loaded with upgrades. Gave a December estimate on delivery.

Curious about seating entrance and exit height mainly.

She almost pulled the trigger on orange color but she went with blue saying orange will clash with my red truck… lol..

How could they?

The Maverick isn't even close to release yet is it?

Automotive press should start getting ahold of them a few months before customers. So judging by recent Ford progress you'll see one in 2025.

I’ve heard Ford is going more for a demand approach than build out for inventory approach with the Maverick..
Dealers are still ordering up front though.

I got the sales instruction pamphlet that suggests different selling points. It’s almost like a pamphlet customers would get.

Probably an XL with gas only. Hybrid hasn’t shipped yet.

Thing is, I don't believe it 'til I see it. With anything, especially Ford's scheduling.
Which bears true, as Aug 18th has come and gone over a month ago. No Maverick job one yet, that I can see.

Do you consider the new Santa Cruz a truck? A real truck? Maverick is essentially the same thing.
I just think this is the beginning of a new "class" of "truck".
