Jalapeño Cat’s Ranger

This is my first Ford and my first truck. I have driven plenty of F150s and Tacomas at work, But decided to go with the Ford Ranger instead of the Tacoma. My plan is to build this truck into a rig that can do some light overlanding as well as my daily driver.

currently there about 5000 miles on this truck and the only modifications are the ATC LTD cap, some wrangler seat covers, and weather tech floor mats, And tailgate dampener. Eventually I’d like to get a 2 inch leveling kit, some knobbier tires, and upgrade the lighting.

But first, I’m going to build a sleeping platform in the back with some storage drawers underneath.

Reading the title I thought this was some new saturday morning cartoon but congrats on your first ford truck.

Little disappointed it isn't a new cartoon.

Have fun with your build. One thing first…double-check the fit on your topper - in the photo, it looks like it’s too far back of the cab. Might be the angle of the photo but check the overlap at the tailgate - should be minimal gap under the flap.

Delayed the addition of a sleeping platform /storage system and opted to install a bedrug first, but shipment took longer than expected. Installation was pretty smooth and only took 1-2 hours.
