I installed the TuXedo tonneau cover. The installation is easy. The adjustments, however, are a pain in the butt. I also messed up the bulkhead seal. I installed it too far forward. It should be fine, there is a tiny gap and weather protection wasn't really my goal. A small theft deterrent for our camp gear was my main goal. I really dig it though, it looks good and is easy to roll up and down.
I have been considering one of these. How far backward would you suggest to go on the bulkhead seal to prevent the gap? Did the bulkhead seal come with the package or is it an extra item? Is this your model?...

I got this one from Frank at @Stage3Motorsports. The bulkhead seal does come with the kit. I would install the bulkhead seal at the back of the bulkhead, away from the cab. Basically flush with the bed facing side. The instructions had me do it the way I did and it leaves a small gap between the seal and the tonneau. I am going to contact TruXedo and see if I can get another seal. If so, I will just double up on the bulkhead side and have a plenty good seal.

I will try, but it's kind of a pain in the butt area to get to and see. Just managing expectations. ha!

Yes, I got them from Amazon. They are the 62L version without lids. 3 fit pretty good across the back but I think there's enough room for dual swing cases still, certainly enough for one. I'll get around to installing the one I have here soon.

Whoops...forgot about the swing case...I have one. Even 2 of em would stow alot of camping gear, hoses, electric connection, wheel chocks. Wouldn't have to stash it in the upfront compartment now.

Did a poor job on the windshield banner but it will do for now until I get another.. added the new emblems as well, overall I LOVE it but it does sort of hurt to take apart the old ROUSH setup.
