It's in Pontiac MI now.Did you get a car number?
At any rate, ANY movement is better than sitting in one spot for a week.

So, I used these instructions (this was from a GM posting on a different forum):It's in Pontiac MI now.
Railcar# TTGX981012 (Canadian National Railways )
Using the railcar number above and it appears to have worked (except the car's initials were TTGX instead of ETTX). It showed it was released and said it was in Woodhaven, MI as of 3:30pm on 3/29 (today). It was an all automated system.Of primary importance: Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use the automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information provided by GM is given as a courtesy. Keep in mind these automated systems are not intended to be used by the public but are for use by those in the logistics end of the business that use them daily, all day long.
Tracking on CSX:
1. Call CSX at 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press 1 on your phone for location
3. When prompted for the car’s initials, either say 'ETTX' or press 32-81-81-92 and wait
4. When prompted for the 6-digit car number, say or key-in your 6 digit ETTX car number
5. When prompted for the next car, either say 'Done' or press the pound sign (#) twice
It's funny that the railroad system can't tell you where it was after 3:30, but I can tell you as of 7:45 it was in Lansing. So, I used these instructions (this was from a GM posting on a different forum):

Even though it isn't being shipped by CSX, it still knew the car and it sounded correct. I will try and track tomorrow to see where it is.
It is certainly taking its time getting out of Michigan! It's funny that the railroad system can't tell you where it was after 3:30, but I can tell you as of 7:45 it was in Lansing.
Well, thus far, it appears this is of limited value. I tried again this morning, and the status was the same as it was yesterday - "released by the customer at 3:33pm on 3/29 - No ETA". I will try again later today, but at this point it seems like a dead end.It is certainly taking its time getting out of Michigan!
I'm guessing they only update the status every so often - maybe once or twice a day. But it is interesting that the Ford tracker seems to know more than the railroad - or maybe since it is a different railroad they only share info once a day or something. It will be interesting to see how it updates on subsequent days.
FYI, I tried again today and got the same status - so it does appear to be a dead end - unless I find out it ends up on a different railroad (Union Pacific maybe?) at some point.Well, thus far, it appears this is of limited value. Mine went from the 7th to the 14th also. And I've been waiting since 11/27/18....Is anyone else getting their delivery dates pushed back? In one week, my delivery date went from April 1 to April 7 to April 14.
I am at n/a on my delivery date after remaining in production for nearly 50 days. My truck finally moved on to awaiting shipment Friday. I had a couple of sources tell me there was a steering wheel supply shortage. My order went in on 11/12. I feel your pain.Mine went from the 7th to the 14th also. And I've been waiting since 11/27/18....
Can you please check to see if my truck is on a railway heading towards Philadelphia. 1FTER4FH3KLA29090It's funny that the railroad system can't tell you where it was after 3:30, but I can tell you as of 7:45 it was in Lansing.
No updates. Convoy company still has it at the plant. Can you please check to see if my truck is on a railway heading towards Philadelphia. 1FTER4FH3KLA29090
I don't understand this tracker, my delivery date is showing 5 days until I get my Ranger (04/07/2019), but it is still sitting at the Wayne plant and still "in production" since 03/01/2019. I'm guessing that it won't go from production to awaiting shipment to in transit to delivered in 5 days?Mine went from the 7th to the 14th also. And I've been waiting since 11/27/18....
If it didn't move to awaiting shipment there was probably an issueI don't understand this tracker, my delivery date is showing 5 days until I get my Ranger (04/07/2019), but it is still sitting at the Wayne plant and still "in production" since 03/01/2019. My date on the sticker changed to todays date. Does that mean there was a change in the disposition of the Convoy pickup? 1FTER4FH3KLA29090No updates. Convoy company still has it at the plant.
Nope. Nothing changed. My date on the sticker changed to todays date. Does that mean there was a change in the disposition of the Convoy pickup? 1FTER4FH3KLA29090
