Today I installed the Mountains to Metal lower grill insert. literally a 5 minute job. very nice quality item that fits perfect. Also did a little tweaking on the crooked hood lines for the OCD in the crowd.

Installed black wheels I bought from a member of the FB group. Undecided if I want black lug nuts or not.

I too am unsure about which would look best. Have silver lugs on the charcoals and like the contrast even though there is mostly black trim on the truck.

i need to change that amber fender marker light. Clear, or smoke ?
I have the same truck as you. I am probably going with clear on mine. Think it will look better than smoke with the white fender flares.

Silver lugs on dark/black rims look proper. A bit of contrast is always great. I drive a black edition version, the only silver bits are the lugs and wheel center caps. They make the wheel stand out imho.

I don't really see a problem with leaving it stock amber. But, considering your B/W color scheme, smoke would be nice.

I've been looking around to get the magnetic grey wheels on the forum if they could be close enough to me. I have the same color truck and same style wheels like your old ones and agree the magnetic grey wheels would look better.

I lucked into a guy on FB who got a lift and bigger wheels and tires and lived 80 miles away in the next state in the same town as my sister.
FWIW, his 3.5" lift with RTR 17x9 wheels and 285/70-17's looks badass. Wouldn't fit in my garage though.
I will ,probably sell my old silver wheels if there's anyone with a base XL and steelies who wants to upgrade.

My vote is for clear against your truck's color for less contrast. I went smoke against my RTR flares for the same reason.

May just be a Southern California thing, but found that my truck bed pivot storage box builds up of moisture. We've had a small uptick in humidity this summer so I'm not surprised. Today I threw a couple silica gel canisters in it to see if it helps mitigate the issue.

much better on the dark rims. I like the contrast of silver lugs. I went to dark rims and left them silver too.
The wife has weighed in and likes the black, err, charcoal wheels but prefers the contrast of the chrome lug nuts.

I put black gorilla nuts on mine. Completes the blackout package
