Ok so before bed just kind of hog-pogged everything up with a few bolts and also testing placement for the rear running lights / sequential turn signal bars. I think I am going to find a small red light to put behind the RCI logo cut. I think that might look kind of neat.

Now that I have the shorter rear panel I can build the corner mending plates to tie it all together.

Added free advertising for Roush. And an anime bunny and weeb culture sticker to my roush front plate. Don’t hate me I might have ruined the American truck look, but I like it aesthetically :(
On a previous day I plasti dipped the emblems and added a “carbon fiber” sticker decal over the ford emblem.

Been over a year since I've been on ranger5g. Finally got the new wheels and tires.

~ Wheels are KMC KM535 GRENADE OR, Matte Bronze, 18x8.5, 35mm offset, 4.75 backspace
~ Tires are Toyo Open Country A/T III, 285/60R18, 120 S XL, Weight 43lbs, Diameter 31.5 inches, Width 11.5 inches.

I have a RangerLifts 3" leveling kit. I wanted a wider stance without going too far out from under the fenders. I did not need or want more height so I stayed with a 60/18 tire. Had to wait several weeks for the Toyo A/T III's to get off back order. Really happy with the new A/T III's!!!

I did have to modify the front crash bars. Left the stock crash bars on, but loosened the inner-most bolt/nut and removed the outer-most bolt/nut and then pushed the crash bars forward as far as they would go, then re-tightened the inner bolt/nut. Left the out bolt/nut off.

I like the color matched steps. That's a nice touch.

O I also didn't like any of the bed racks available so i built my own on a long weekend i had... Also learned to weld that same weekend, so don't judge the welds lol. But my wife and i climb all over it to load the truck and it holds all given weight no problem. 140lbs estimated.

Looks good! I'm considering doing something similar. I wanna go 2 supports though instead of 3. Basically just big enough for a cargo basket, and so I can flip up the back section of tonneau if I need to. I'm looking at tigging it up out of aluminum. Priced some 1x3 aluminum the other day. Whew, they're not giving that stuff away. $$

All these threads about peoples wives driving around in 4H on dry pavement got me all paranoid about another issue. Someone else driving my truck and filling up with the wrong octane level (93 tune).

Simple Fix: (haha)

And I've about wrapped up work on the mending plates for the rack paneling. I'm hopefully going to have it reassembled and ready for paint by Friday.

Also I've probably filtered enough pollen through my damn nose to last a few years.

Try some of you local scrap metal yards. You’d be surprised what you would find there. Lots of aluminum and you might get lucky!

Installed my Wolf Haus Off Road power adapter. Took longer to post this than to install it.

you've piqued my interest! I think I need one of these... just in case I need to power... something.

Of course, then i'll have to buy something to power using this.

it's a vicious cycle.

@T Bone @Glocker

Need to finish up rear corner mending plates to tie the panels into each other, but....

Finished day tooting around with rear light placement. Think I have these where I want them.

3 more to be installed evenly spaced the length of vehicle (total of 4). Not bad for flush mount reverse bars (meant for trailers). Ground light cut off is right around 5 foot from the vehicle. I could move the lights down further, but it does what I want it to, low power perimeter lighting. Should be just about right once all 4 are up and running.
