Is anybody with a tune having trouble connecting to Forscan? I get an error message that it can't recognize vehicle.

Also normal. I remember a thread about it, but don’t remember specifics.

What tune do you have? I have the Livernois tune and Forscan works fine.

Call torrie and ask home what to do. I recall having to flash back stock to make forscan changes.

To the best of my knowledge there's no setting for this. It just sometimes resets - I think there's some kind of internal timer/calculation on whether or not to show it. I'm very deliberate about the shift button and sometimes it's on and others it's not. Unlikely to be user error.
I suspect there is a timer somewhere in the system that is counting down and that if you restart your truck before it times out, it will remember some setting you made during your last runtime. I have notice the same situation if I have had the seat warmers on when I last was in the truck and restart with in a relatively short time, the warmers will be on when I start back up. I haven't tested to see if either of the two defroster act the same way or not. Now, where this timer resides in which computer module is a Mystery to me as well whether or not it is adjustable.

No timer on the seats. They stay on. I've had them on over night.

That would be nice !!! I have the 3 flashes on my Ram, but 5 would be better
This feature has bugged me too. But only because in my bride's Sonata I can configure it to chose between 3, 5 or 7 blinks. I like the 7 blinks ands wish I could configure my Ranger.

They are there on mine too. Wife found them real quick!
My Lariat from April of 2019 does not have the seat heaters icons on the screen. I guess when I finally get around to hook up and play with ForScan it will be one other thing to tweak.

Try enabling Navigation on the Right screen. It shows some speed limit signs but not all.
Speaking of that display in the right panel display. Is there any way to move where in that display they show the speed limit sign? Being far to the right makes it hidden behind the steering wheel from my seating position.

Hey, I need help. I replaced my front flashers with switchbacks. I did some modifications with Forscan and it seems it works fine. Neither hyperflash in the dashboard or front flashers, but only if the light switch not on off. If I switch the head lights off and operate the flasher or hazard lights, my front flashers are starting hyperflashing, dashboard is normal. I tried already many different settings, but I didn't get it. Here my settings in the body controller

Windows Tablet for Forscan? You bet! Ordered a Fusion5 FWIN232 plus S1 off of Amazon 199.00 and it works flawlessly. The devise comes in “S” mode however: this is easy to remove for downloading the Forscan software..
