Fordpass points for buying new vehicle

How long should I wait before contacting someone about Fordpass points for a new vehicle purchase not showing up? With that said.... who the hell would I even contact about that?

Took a couple of weeks for mine to show up. About as long as it took for Ford Pass to finish registering and enable for me to remote start

Mine showed up before I left the dealership. But I was already using the app for my FiST.

Mine showed up very quick on both my Ranger and GT500. Just had to activate the vehicle in the app on my phone and in the vehicle.

Hit your dealer up. They told me if that happens they would be glad to get it squared away for me

Maybe an obliviously dumb question, but did you activate the app in the Ranger and turn it on? You have to do it both on the phone and in the Ranger.

app works great. I can control everything I’m supposed to.
You mean access the FordPass app in a the “apps” section of the car?

When I bought my truck last April they there before I left the dealership, balance is now zero, guess they expired.

I am not sure but I do not think they expire. My disappears from the app occasionally and will show up on the website still.. The App is garbage. Took me months to even show up in the App but did show up on the website.

Took a month. I hit them up on the month mark where they say contact them, and I just happened to get double points

So you might get lucky as well

It's been 4 months for me and still no points. Most likely the dealers fault, It took 2 months of hounding them to get the title.

These rewards are useful and even a benefit that helps offset the cost of a vehicle after you purchase it. I used mine to tint the windows and the remaining will used for my 1st oil change @ 3000. After that will change it every 5000.

They stiffed me on mine. I had to 1. Buy the truck, 2. Sign up for FordPass 3. click some obscure link that nobody told me existed.

I did 1 and 2 on the day I took delivery, but failed to do 3 within X days (I think it was 30 or 60) and they basically told me "Sorry, we can't help you."

Emailed Ford Customer help and never got a response. I guess if I cared enough about it I would have kept calling them...

They expire. That's why I used them for a bug shield...and tie downs.
