What did you do to your Ranger today?

Oil change last night. Extended size k & n filter and ~6.5 quarts of royal purple 5w-30. Second oil change at 6500 miles (first was at 2000). I was going to grab a sample to send to blackstone to make sure all is well, but I forgot to. By the time I remembered, it was too late.

Was going to rotate the tires, but I just didn't have the energy. Maybe this weekend.

I got my bedliner from a local shop and they did such a fantastic job it looks like factory and its durable. Trying to find a pair of heated electric seats isn't going well though.

Got my Swing case installed today. Wanted to put a socket set, some jumper cables, tie downs in the bed since I have the supercab and its pretty tiny in the back seat. The LineX having plugged the holes made it a pain in the ass to deal with, stripped 2 of the bolts it came with but luckily had some metric bolts on hand. I'll have to get a tap and die set due to this.

Also unfortunately I had to remove the bed outlet as this was in the way of the drive side install, had I known this, I would have bought the passenger side box mount.

Yeah, I feel so lazy using a milk crate!

i installed seat covers (coverking) & a pet hammock (e-bay $25) for my buddy. he just had to test it out as you can tell by his foot prints....................

I know these are not everyone's cup o' tea, but back as a youngster driving 70's and 80's trucks-I just have to have side moldings!
Got them from Sportwing.com. Ordered Monday night, they arrived early afternoon Thursday. Instead of Lightning Blue, I got the Metallic Magnetic to match the fender flares. Perfect match.

Hey if it works! I know these swing cases are probably a bit pricey for what they are, I wanted to keep things organized though and often haul a trials bike in the back, so wanted things to stay in place.

It reached a balmy 32.4° F / 0.2° C, so I thought I would wash it before the cold front comes Saturday night. I pulled it more onto the “lawn” area, so I did not get my parking area icy.

It did not feel cold out at all. I did have fairly warm water in the two buckets for the wash.

Now to go ice fishing!
