This was install day, several months ago. I put the front up near the top of the bed. On the tie downs-you can cut a slit and poke the tie downs thru or you can remove them, poke two holes for each, and reinstall them over the bedrug.

No idea about leather seats. I don't think the rubber makes them hot. The top is a canvas type material.

I just got a valet key. To keep in my wallet in case of a 'mishap'.

Got mine at Ace Hardware. They had to order the key blank, but had it in less than a week. It was $20something total.

Rented a 5x8 trailer in Fort Worth, towed to Tyler empty-20.3mpg. Loaded the trailer with big stuff (not very heavy), along with a couple items in the bed, and returned=18.5mpg. 65mph both ways on cruise control. Could hardly tell I was towing anything. Very impressed!

No long trips yet, but with 600 miles on the odo, the average is showing 22.6mpg.

OK, I said I was done...but...This is a big windshield, had to get some tint on the visor. Looks small on the outside, but larger on the inside.

If you have the need for passengers, I have the Aries Seat Defenders. Also have them on the front seats. Great for grandkid spills! They have rubber material underneath, so don't slip around.
