Put the Kingleting seat heaters in and went for a ride. I thought they worked well and my wife loved it for her back.

Ccccold up there in the Iron Range, eh Steve? Spent some time in Hibbing on projects, tried to avoid the winters! They had the biggest snowblowers I ever saw, melted it as fast as they sucked it off the streets. And saw my first high school hockey game, complete with cheerleaders on skates:)

Looks good. I really like the side stripes you have. Did you do that yourself or have someone install?

Thanks. I did them myself. Bought the decals for around $40. but I don't remember if it was ebay or Amazon. Installed them using the wet method. Very easy to apply and have had them on over a year. No fading or tearing or peeling.
That's impressive, I would never have the guts to try myself.

Here you go!
I got the same ones, work good so far. Heats fast, doesn't bunch up. Just wish the cord was longer to route it better. Oh, instructions are entertaining also. Love the Chinese translations to English.

I finished a project in the back seat of my supercab. I removed the seat bottoms and fashioned a platform for storage. Also removed the headrests.

Today I took advantage of the nice weather in the area of 65° and decided to do a little maintenance on my purchased-use RTT. I put it up all the way, for the first time today. Once it was all up, I treated the canvas with a mold and mildew neutralizer, and patched two small tears in the PVC travel cover.

I'm a little disappointed in the mold and mildew situation. The cleaner I used seemed to do a really good job of neutralizing the odor, but it only lightened the stains and didn't remove them. The situation with the travel cover went better though. I used Gorilla Glue brand flex-seal tape to patch the two little tears the cover had on the inside. On the outside I masked off the areas around the tears and used Locktite Shoe Glue to seal 'em up. I had a lot of people from the neighborhood stop and ask me about the truck and tent while I was working on it!

Put 3 50lb bags of sand right over the rear axle in the bed . Now it does ride better on the city streets . Since it is a 2wd supercab I am hoping for even better traction in the snow . Most of the rear shake is gone .
