Finally got around to moving and setting up my switch box for the dash tray. It was installed near the hood release by my left leg but I learned this was an awkward place to reach down and toggle the switches.

Installed some Auxito LED 194s in my license plate and side marker lights. Also installed the Auxito 3000k yellow fog bulbs as well. We'll see how they look tonight. I left them clocked at the 9/3 position. Is that what others have done?

I'm waiting on shipping for a set of Lariat headlights, an LED CHMSL from an F-150, and a set of Auxito amber LED front turn signals.. Wanted to go full LED.

Drove in the rain today. Then I pushed the TM button and got this message. The system would not work until after I turned the truck off and restated. Working now. Anyone else get this message?

Do you have a tune loaded? I saw that repeatedly when I was setting mine up.

I do and have for a while. First time it has come on was today. I have used it numerous times with the tune installed.
Do you have a tune loaded? I saw that repeatedly when I was setting mine up.

What year F-150 is the CHMSL from? Interested in see how it looks installed
I think this one specifically is from an ‘18. But the size is the same from ‘15-20, I believe.

I tried (and failed) to check the trans fluid level. The space is just too dang tight, and the catalytic converter is too dang hot. Cut one finger, and almost burned my arm. Could handle the heat with my welding gloves on, but then could not wedge my arm up there well enough to release the torque on the plug.

I was only even trying this because I've driven other fords with this same transmission that shift absolutely buttery-smooth, and I can feel every gear change in mine. I suspect either the fluid is a tad low (others on this forum have reported them underfilled from the factory) or I need a TSB performed. I have not pestered the dealer with any service stuff like this yet, but it may be time.

Could have been a glitch I came up on someone little quick and my collision avoidance alert blared for about a second then it said collision avoidance fault , collision avoidance not available. I shut the truck off at a stop light and turned it back on and all was normal.
