Hi Folks,

I received my new shop vac replace the one that died when vacuuming out the floor of my Ranger. Old one, a 45 year old 32 gallon Craftsman replaced by a new Craftsman 20 gallon. I do not buy Craftsman anymore but this NOS was made by Emerson and is a good buy as Emerson does not make Sears tools anymore but does make this same vacuum for Home Depot under the Rigid brand.

So far so good....it sucks!

My dad use to smoke those nasty things. He'd live on coffee and Kools all day while at work. Lord knows how he's never had any health issues from this and will be 80 this year.

The box is already torn down and taken to the recycling bin. The box had enough brown paper padding to fill a 30 gallon trash bag! Hopefully I get to install it tomorrow....maybe take some pics and step-by-step of the installation.

As a side note, I also received my exhaust grommet pliers in the mail today to install above mentioned exhaust.
Boxes are cool and all, but I want pictures of the exhaust!!!

I received my tire pressure gauge today from Amazon. It was the wrong one. Same model, but without the hose. I contacted Amazon and the item came from a third party seller, but they totally refunded my money and told me I could keep the gauge that arrived. I will miss the hose, but for the few times I use a gauge, I guess I can live without it.

I would LOVE one of those. I just don't want to pay for it! HAHAHA ?
I agree .....the only downside is the price.
(I waited til the price was right on Amazon ? )
But, its great quality and serves 3 purpose, a hook, a close attachment for shackle and rope protection from the elements. (esp in the NorthEast weather, lol)

But it requires a winch. So it is expensive. :)
