If you have the time you should really strip off the old wax to get the best results. It's super easy and fast using this and will make the Graphene last longer. You could also wash it with Dawn dish soap and that will strip most of the wax off too. Remember not to spray to much onto the foam pad or microfiber pad. You really only need about 3-4 squirts on the pad per panel.Just wait'n for the next wash job:

Today I received my AVS bug deflector and an Extang e-light 500 t9 provide light under my Extang tonneau cover.
The AVS bug deflector mounts differently than I expected. I was expecting 3M tape, but these attach by plugs under the rubber seal on the hood.
I found a good installation video, which recommends using a trim pad removal tool, for removing the original plugs. I was just going to use a screwdriver, but it seems like a tool I will use again in the future, so I will get one before the install.

The box is already torn down and taken to the recycling bin. The box had enough brown paper padding to fill a 30 gallon trash bag! Hopefully I get to install it tomorrow....maybe take some pics and step-by-step of the installation.
As a side note, I also received my exhaust grommet pliers in the mail today to install above mentioned exhaust.
