Well I almost got my Weathertech mats today, but UPS failed to deliver them as planned. I had to wait all day because it required a signature and they did not show up.

My mudflaps also arrived at the dealer today which, is a 1’35” away, so I will wait to pick those up once the bed extender arrives.

Also spoke with our local tire dealer today regarding winter tires and wheels. Winter tires here stay on for 5+ months of the year, so I wanted better wheels than steel wheels, but at a good price. i asked them to check out the American Racing AR915 wheels. They are meant for winter use and supposedly fit our Ranger trucks. I need to make sure that the Toyo Observes Si6 Snow Tire’s will fit on these rims. They are the best snow tires I have ever had on a vehicle.

But I digress.

Do you have two fasteners in the carpet on the passenger side ?

Mine has them only on driver side.
They were deleted on the 2020 models as a cost reduction measure.

My Weathertech mats arrived today. Needless to say, they fit like a glove and will go a long ways in protecting the Ranger’s carpets.

There are only two fasteners on the drivers side on mine as well. Not sure why they are there other then to match the design of the other mat. Maybe Rangers as they grow older develop fasteners there! ?

Edit: Reading Redland Ranger’s post, I guess the 2019‘s had fasteners and they did not change the design.

Do yourself a favor and make sure you remove the axle nut and swaybar end links. It makes the installation so much easier. As shipped they raise the front 2" & if you want it higher adjust them before you install them.
